Cloud4Commodities (C4C) is a CTRM solution based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and fully cloud based. This means that it can be accessed from anywhere via web browser as long as internet is available.

The core of C4C consists of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE for the CRM functionality and for the ERP functionality either Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply chain management (F&SCM) can be used. Microsoft BC will support smaller and medium sized companies whereas F&SCM is intended for larger enterprises.

Other apps also work seamless within C4C, for example PowerBI for extensive reporting and PowerApps to streamline the Trade approval flow on mobile apps. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform makes sure all apps are integrated fully with each other.

Our customers can implement one or multiple apps depending on their requirements. It is also possible to start small, for example with one app and implement other apps in later phase which makes the impact to your organization as limited as possible. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE is used for Trade Capture, Cost estimations, KYC, FX manager and more. The ERP solutions provide the Logistic and Financial processes, including generation of documents and various declarations.

Our C4C Finance and Supply Chain Management solution consists of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (for Trade capture) fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM). F&SCM is the ERP solution of Microsoft best used by large enterprises (> 100 users) containing Trade, Logistics, extended Production and Manufacturing functionalities, extended Warehouse management, Retail and a full-blown Accounting module. F&SCM is used by companies with complex Business processes.

C4C can also be used in conjunction with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). BC is the ERP solution of Microsoft used by small and medium sized companies (< 100 users). BC contains many of the functionalities available in F&SCM like Trade, Logistics and full Accounting module with the difference that the Warehouse management and Production and Manufacturing modules have less extensive functionalities. BC is used by companies with less complex business processes. Maintaining, updating and development to the BC solution also takes less time than F&SCM.
